The STEEZ STUDIO team ("we", "us", "our") operates STEEZ STUDIO ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding it.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service:

• Account data: If you create an account, we collect an email address and an internal user identifier. We do not require your name or other identifying information.
• Subscription data: Payment information is processed by our payment partners (Apple, Google, Stripe via RevenueCat). We receive a confirmation of subscription status; we never see your full card number.
• AI prompt data: When you use AI features, the text prompt you enter is sent to a processing provider to generate output. We do not retain prompts beyond what's required to deliver the response.
• Usage data: Anonymous, aggregated metrics about feature usage (e.g., "X exports today") to improve the Service. No personally identifying information is included.
• Device data: Standard technical data (browser, OS version, screen size) needed to render the Service correctly.

3. What we do NOT collect

STEEZ STUDIO is designed with privacy in mind:

• We do not collect, upload, or store your photos and videos. Editing happens entirely on your device.
• We do not access your camera roll, contacts, or other device data unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use Your Content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process subscriptions and manage your account
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Service providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate STEEZ STUDIO:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and serverless backend
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management
• Stripe (via RevenueCat) — payment processing for web subscriptions
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for mobile subscriptions
• Replicate and similar AI model providers — server-side AI inference

These providers process data only to perform their specific service, under contracts that require appropriate security and confidentiality.

6. Cookies and local storage

STEEZ STUDIO uses your browser's local storage to save your preferences, project drafts, and session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

8. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your account data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you of any data breach affecting your information as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or via email.
