Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using STEEZ STUDIO ("the Service"), operated by the STEEZ STUDIO team ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

STEEZ STUDIO is a creative software application providing photo and video editing, template-based design, AI-assisted image generation, and related tools. The Service is offered through web browsers and, in the future, native mobile applications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@steez-studio.app.

5. Subscriptions and credits

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers ("Pro"). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Credit packs are one-time, non-recurring purchases. Pricing is displayed in your local currency where supported and is subject to change with notice.

6. Refunds

Subscription refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the terms of the platform through which you subscribed (App Store, Play Store, or web). Consumed credits are non-refundable.

7. User content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., temporary processing during AI generation). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
• Generate content that sexually exploits minors or depicts non-consensual sexual content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models

9. AI-generated content

AI features generate output based on your prompts. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated output complies with applicable laws (including copyright, publicity, and platform-specific terms) and that prompts do not violate Section 8.

10. Intellectual property

The Service — including software, designs, trademarks (including STEEZ STUDIO), and all related intellectual property — is owned by STEEZ STUDIO and protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEEZ STUDIO and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or via email.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.
