Refund Policy
The short version
- Subscriptions: 14-day refund window from the initial purchase, if Pro features have not been substantially used.
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available within the first 30 days at our discretion.
- Credit packs: Refundable if unused, non-refundable once any credits have been spent.
- Mobile purchases: Refunds processed by Apple or Google, subject to their policies.

1. Subscription refunds
If you purchased a STEEZ STUDIO Pro subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that:
- You have not used Pro features substantially (substantial use includes 5 or more watermark-free exports, significant credit consumption, or use of the Brand Kit feature).
- The request is made in good faith and is not part of a pattern of repeated subscribe-and-refund activity.
For annual subscriptions, we may also offer pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days at our discretion if you used minimal Pro features.
2. Credit pack refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Refund eligibility:
- Unused credits (no credits from the pack have been spent): full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Partially used credits: not eligible for refund. Once credits are consumed, the pack is considered delivered.
3. How to request a refund
The refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription:
Web subscriptions (purchased on steez-studio.app)
Email support@steez-studio.app with:
- The email address used for your account
- The date of purchase
- A brief reason for the refund request
We'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
App Store subscriptions (iOS)
Refunds for App Store purchases are managed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly.
Play Store subscriptions (Android)
Refunds for Play Store purchases are managed by Google. Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory to request a refund directly.
4. Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund:
- Cancel anytime from your account settings or the appropriate store interface.
- Pro features remain active through the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you live in a jurisdiction with stronger consumer protection rules (such as a cooling-off period), those rules apply in addition to this policy.
6. Disputes
If you believe your refund request has been wrongly denied, contact support@steez-studio.app with the subject line "Refund dispute" and we will review your case.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs refunds for that purchase.
